In a nutshell, Craig and David Homes has broad experience that can be used to your advantage.
David has many individual career highlights, but to name a few: He has appeared on “Million Dollar Listing L.A.”. In his first year selling real estate, he was Douglas Elliman’s “Rookie of the Year Manhattan 2011”. While in New York, his real estate website: prewarpassion.com was featured in a two-page spread in the NY Post.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, David spent 20+ years in sales and relationship management roles in the financial sector. A graduate of Tufts University, and Columbia Business School, David has degrees in Economics, Finance, and Marketing. He is also a self-taught architectural historian and designer, with an extensive library of architectural books. David brings all these prior experiences, and knowledge, to the table on his client’s behalf. He is a formidable ally, deeply concerned with his client’s needs, collaborative, and unafraid to express his opinions with vigor.
